The Opportunity
We're seeking experienced bilingual customer service representatives to join our remote team, providing support to stranded drivers 24/7, including weekends. As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, choosing from a variety of shifts to suit your schedule. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Roadside Assistance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to stranded drivers in Spanish and English
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications
