As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations, including:

  • Guest and reservation management: Respond to guest inquiries, process reservations, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
  • Virtual property management: Coordinate with property owners, manage property listings, and ensure that properties are accurately represented online.
  • Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: Arrange for cleaning services, schedule maintenance, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Guest issue resolution: Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • *Key Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the vacation rental or hotel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with guests, property owners, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in technology platforms, including Airbnb, property management software, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy.

  • Experience in conflict resolution, with a focus on de-escalating guest complaints and resolving issues.

As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you will be measured on your ability to:

  • Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries, with a goal of responding within 2 hours.
  • Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency, with a goal of resolving issues within 3 hours or ASAP.
  • Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
