Executive Search Coordinator

Spectrum Search Partners is seeking a Temporary Executive Search Coordinator (Maternity Leave Coverage, with potential for full-time conversion) to support our team from May through September.
- *About the Role**
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role centered on high-volume, complex scheduling across multiple executive-level stakeholders. You’ll serve as a critical partner to our recruiting team, ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience for candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- *Responsibilities
- Own and manage high-volume executive scheduling across multiple active searches
- Coordinate interviews between C-suite candidates, private equity partners, and portfolio company leadership
- Manage complex calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust priorities in real time
- Coordinate candidate travel (flights, hotels, transportation)
- Communicate updates clearly and professionally to candidates and internal teams
- Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience throughout the interview process
- *Additional Responsibilities
- Support recruiting team with search coordination and reporting
- Prepare candidate materials and assist with presentation formatting
- Track interview stages and maintain organized search documentation
- Assist with internal coordination and administrative projects as needed
- *Qualifications
- Proven experience managing high-volume, complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting senior executives or high-level clients
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong, professional communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with C-suite executives and private equity clients
- Experience in executive search, consulting, financial services, or professional services preferred

- Location: Remote (CO, CA, IL, PA, AZ)
- Compensation: $35–$40+/hour
