Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Following specific instructions to produce administration documents from rough drafts and combining data from various source documents
• Proofreading and checking work for accuracy, ensuring high-quality results
• Transferring data to forms, logs, records, or reports, maintaining attention to detail and precision
• Retrieving manual order documents from the ABB empower quotation system for Field Service orders and inputting data into ABB Global Salesforce.com case platform for order entry
• Interfacing with Sales and Project Management teams to gather additional data for Field Service Order entry
• Reviewing workflows for new customer creation, gathering data from Qlikview or other ABB systems as required, and inputting data into ABB's MDG tool for new customer creation

Complexity of Tasks:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will work under close guidance and direct supervision, performing routine administration duties involving the application of clearly prescribed standard practices. Your tasks will require attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or a special combination of education and experience, and/or demonstrated accomplishments
• A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
• High proficiency in utilizing electronic sales tools, including Salesforce.com, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with SAP is highly desirable
• A detail-oriented individual who maintains accuracy and precision in all tasks, consistently upholding high standards of quality and thoroughness
