Job Summary
We're seeking multiple Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialists to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a key member of our revenue operations department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of patient data and insurance information. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage
- Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients and timely reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics
- Responding timely and accurately to payer communications, ensuring seamless processes across teams
- Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements
- Partnering with clinics teammates, including insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience
- Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required
- Data Entry experience filling out online forms
- Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
- Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
- Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus
