Experienced Data Entry Associate – Remote Healthcare Claims Processing

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you'll play a vital role in processing incoming healthcare claim forms, making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most. Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with the potential to earn up to $18.00 after two months. Our flexible scheduling allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with three shifts available to suit your needs:

• First shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm CST
• Mid shift: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm CST
• Second shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm CST

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Capturing and validating complex data with high accuracy
• Classifying images and documents with precision
• Pre-adjudicating documents and correcting data as required
• Verifying data from automated data extraction tools
• Completing assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to do the work
• Working within established procedures and practices
• Working under close supervision

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• To type at least 40+ WPM with high accuracy
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and internet research
• The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high accuracy rate
• To pass an internet speed test (download of at least 25, upload of minimum 5, and ping ms equal to or less than 175)
• Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing (a plus)
• A high-speed internet connection that meets our speed requirements
• To be at least 18 years of age or older
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• The ability to clear any necessary criminal background checks and/or drug screenings
• To reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
