Responsibilities
As a Lockbox Processor (Government) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Extracting remittances based on standard operating procedures and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Processing and/or reconciling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining high productivity and quality levels.
- Ensuring the availability of necessary materials, documentation, and capacity to complete transactions efficiently.
- Confirming equipment is operational, if applicable, and providing feedback on workflow and work received.
- Reviewing transactions and related documents to verify work processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.

- Basic ten key skills and some machine operation may be required.
