Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Cooperative Membership Onboarding and Administration

Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for assisting arenaflex with the onboarding of customers to cooperative members through the intake of Membership and Patronage Applications. You'll assess applications for patronage eligibility, enter data into our SAP system, and communicate with applicants and business units to ensure accurate and complete information. This is a 5-month contract position, working remotely, with a competitive hourly rate of $30-$35 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist arenaflex with the onboarding of customers to cooperative members through the intake of Membership and Patronage Applications
- Assess applications for patronage eligibility and enter data into our SAP system as necessary
- Send written communication to applicants and/or business units representing the applicant where the form is incorrect, incomplete, or more information is needed
- Assist arenaflex staff with various ad hoc projects as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our SAP system
- Ensure compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with SAP or similar systems a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a cooperative or agricultural industry
- Familiarity with cooperative membership and patronage applications
- Knowledge of agricultural industry trends and developments
- Experience with customer service and communication
- Certification in data entry or a related field
Skills and Competencies:
