Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. You'll work closely with our team to classify information, inspect reports, and verify data, using your exceptional typing skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

* Review finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product

  • Classify information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
  • Inspect reports and sheets of data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources
  • Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
  • Search the internet for information to support data entry tasks
  • Preserve detailed records of tasks, files, and progress

Requirements

* Excellent typing accuracy (at least 60 words per minute)

  • Comprehensive knowledge of data entry principles and practices
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including:

+ Word processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs) + Spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) + Presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides) + Databases (Microsoft Access, Google Sheets) + Customer database systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Intermediate experience in spreadsheets and database management

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
