Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help us manage our TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging content, interacting with our audience, and helping us build a strong online presence. Responsibilities
* Create and schedule engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including writing captions and uploading photos and videos
- Interact with our audience by liking, commenting, and scrolling through relevant content to establish natural activity
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including uploading profile photos and completing account profile details
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and values
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content is always fresh and engaging
- Work closely with our team to ensure consistency and quality across all social media platforms
Key Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and engagement
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with social media scheduling tools and content management systems
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics, with the ability to track and measure engagement and performance
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with social media advertising and paid promotions
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with social media crisis management and reputation management
Time Commitment
* Week 1: Estimated 4-5 hours (includes account setup, initial warm-up, and getting all draft content ready)
- Subsequent Weeks: Estimated 2-3 hours each week (primarily handling the daily postings and quick engagement)

Compensation
This pay would be a flat rate of $150 per month to post 3x a day across all 3 platforms.
