Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents into arenaflex's computer system within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting data for processing, ensuring that the output is accurate and consistent.
  • Reviewing and correcting any errors or deficiencies in the data, maintaining the highest level of quality and precision.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's best practices.

Training and Support

arenaflex is committed to providing comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. You will undergo a one-week training program with our supervisor, covering the following topics:

  • arenaflex's computer system and data management processes
  • Customer service best practices and communication skills
  • Data entry techniques and accuracy standards
  • Company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer with basic software knowledge (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in data entry or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's computer system or similar data management software.
  • Certification in data entry or customer service, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR).

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly pay rate of $30 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
  • Training pay rate of $15 per hour, during the one-week training program.
  • Flexible scheduling, with the ability to work between 20 to 40 hours per week.
