The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers and providing them with the highest level of support and guidance. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Booking appointments for clients with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing friendly and respectful customer service
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
  • Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Essential Qualifications

* High school graduate or G.E.D.

  • Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar role in the home improvement industry

  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
