Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Lost and Found Department, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring that their lost items are returned safely and efficiently. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers during business hours by: + Operating and assisting walk-in customers + Answering phones during business hours + Inputting required information into the Lost and Found system + Researching and verifying the validity of all information before release + Collecting lost items from terminals and various other areas of the airport grounds + Photographing and logging items + Receiving, counting, documenting, and securing items in a lockable container such as a safe + Moving goods and materials in and out of secured lockers

• Perform a broad range of duties and deliver a high-quality standard
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

• Familiarity with Lost and Found software and systems
• Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to drive and operate a vehicle
