Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote, part/full-time basis. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and security of our data assets. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student to gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality data entry support for our global operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data submissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and lead monthly financial audits, analyzing financial results and forecasts for managed regions
- Develop and present financial and operational reports, conducting special investigations as needed to identify financial opportunities and risks
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions, communicating key insights to stakeholders and driving proactive action
- Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly extension analyses related to Sales and in-field Exchange Spend, advising Sales leadership on results and trends
- Participate in and lead specific areas related to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing and reporting
- Ensure accurate month-end representations for areas of responsibility
- Lead or participate in various projects or business initiatives on an ad-hoc and case-by-case basis
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets, interim forecasts, and long-term strategic plans
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles in a manufacturing setting
- Strong business acumen with analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience and comfort presenting to all levels of management
- Ability to create journal entries within an ERP system and prepare financial reports monthly
- Excellent analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
- Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
