What you will be doing!
As an Experienced Part-Time Ramp and Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service: Create a positive start to a passenger's trip by greeting them with a smile and providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
- Utilizing reservation/ticketing software: Learn and utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner
- Loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage: Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage in a safe manner while achieving on-time departures and arrivals
- Operating company vehicles: Cruise on the tarmac in our company vehicles while getting bags to their destination
- Working in all weather conditions: Enjoy the fresh air while working outside in all weather conditions
- Variety of shifts: Work a variety of shifts, including irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays, to make arenaflex your long-term career
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Physical ability: Carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Valid driver's license: Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver's license
- Age requirement: Be at least 18 years old
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Background check: Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Work authorization: Be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
