Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced Freight Processors - Data Entry Specialists to join our team. As a Freight Processor - Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for processing accounts, determining proper charges, and accurately entering information into our systems. You will also be responsible for reviewing accounts, determining their classification, and combining multiple accounts into one for our clients' customers. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

* Process accounts and determine proper charges

• Accurately enter information into our systems, including rates, mileage, and overflow charges
• Review accounts and determine their classification
• Combine multiple accounts into one for our clients' customers
• Use internet search engines (e.g., Google) to determine account connections
• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Achieve and maintain acceptable rate and quality to meet or exceed customer requirements
• Assist in the training of employees to perform job
• Participate in overtime requirements within the scope of company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

• Previous data entry experience (plus a plus but not required)
• Microsoft Office experience preferred
• File sharing experience preferred
• High-speed internet required
• All equipment provided, including PC, monitors, keyboard, and mouse
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in freight processing or a related field

• Experience with client systems and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Work Environment

* Fully remote position with occasional in-office training required

• Office located in Conklin, New York
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, with overtime available at times (after training period)
