Job Details
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Order Processor to join our team on a 3-month contract. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues
- Process orders, including creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and order processing times
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a global gaming industry or a related field
- Knowledge of gaming industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
