Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and tracking production data from the field to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Inputting and managing data related to production, including well files and records
- Assisting with monthly data settlements to ensure seamless financial operations
- Organizing and maintaining accurate records, including invoices from field operations
- Processing and managing invoices from field operations to ensure timely payment and reconciliation
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent Excel skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, or a related field)
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, formatting, and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
