A Day in the Life of a Customer Account Representative

As a Customer Account Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives. Your day will be filled with a range of exciting and challenging tasks, including:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experiences through "white glove" service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and obtaining new rental orders when needed.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely and compliantly load and unload products, ensuring they're delivered to customers in excellent condition.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store environment, ensuring products are organized, dust-free, and vacuumed, and that the showroom is clean and well-maintained.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum educational requirement for this position.
• Valid State Driver's License: A valid driver's license is essential for this role, as you'll be driving company vehicles.
• Good Driving Record: A clean driving record is essential for this position.
• Ability to Lift and Move Product: You'll need to be physically able to lift and move heavy products, such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great Communication and Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.

Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, with hours/days of work Monday through Saturday, store open to close hours. Sundays off along with one other weekday off. Schedules and hours per week/overtime work may change throughout the year as dictated by management and business needs.
