Key Responsibilities

  • Register Operations: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
  • Product Knowledge and Recommendations: Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items.
  • Inventory Management: Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
  • Asset Protection: Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
  • Display Maintenance: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
  • Photo Services: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
  • Web Pick-up: Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Training and Development: Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
