Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate/Cashier, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions accurately, efficiently, and securely
• Processing customer returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed
• Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing recommendations to drive sales growth
• Upselling products and services to maximize sales and meet customer needs
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking merchandise to ensure accurate stock levels

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in customer service or cashiering, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• Bilingual proficiency in another language is a plus, but not required
