Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in a remote role. As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in advancing our data-driven decision-making capabilities, driving business growth, and informing strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization will help us make data-driven decisions, optimize business processes, and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and data mining to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain data quality, integrity, and security standards to ensure accurate and reliable data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and visualization capabilities
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
- Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or D3.js
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
