Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, engaging with customers to address their needs promptly and effectively.

  • Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries related to travel arrangements.
  • Provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner.
  • Educate customers on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service effectiveness.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and customer needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

* Experience in the travel or airline industry.
