Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our ACS Asset Arranging group. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Your expertise will help us optimize our asset allocation, drive business growth, and enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain predictive models and figures to proactively identify ACS setting up needs, collaborating with cross-functional ACS divisions

• Analyze asset usage and identify more efficient arrangements to optimize resource allocation
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data visualizations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in ACS asset arranging, identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights
• Develop and maintain complex reports and investigations, working closely with senior leaders to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Support complex process improvement and project management initiatives, both within individual specialty units and cross-divisional drives
• Present findings to OAP and specialty unit leaders, including senior leaders
• Serve as an internal expert, providing insights and guidance to drive results

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on predictive modeling and data visualization
• Strong business acumen, with experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leaders
• Experience with scientific tools, such as SQL, Python, and R, required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex data sets and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Experience with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
