Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve emergencies and escalate issues to suitable staff members
• Providing clients with relevant information to address unasked questions, such as additional plan details, benefit plan information, and self-service tools
• Explaining clients' freedoms and limitations as per contract, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and obligations

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, or healthcare)

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
