Job Description:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our customer service and operations teams, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. You will work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy, while maintaining confidentiality and security of all data collected.

Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases.

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into the database or electronic systems.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data collected.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus.

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
