Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Guest Services Assistant – Travel Arrangements & Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients: Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey.

Qualifications
