Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate-Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our conversational AI platform and live chat support capabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the discovery and definition of product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and pain points
• Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet customer needs
• Analyzing customer data and feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver on key initiatives
• Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal
• Leading client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive business growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Four-year college degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and software development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive informed decision-making
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services
• Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
