Key Responsibilities:

* Support and Develop Financial Systems Applications: Collaborate with the Financial Planning Systems team to design, develop, and maintain financial applications that meet the needs of the organization.

• Act as an Internal Advisor: Provide guidance and support to stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and develop suitable solutions.
• Maintain Hyperion Planning Application: Ensure the Hyperion planning application is up-to-date and accurate, including forecasting and actual financials.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve issues related to data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions.
• Support System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance, including client consent management.
• Support Clients with System Issues: Assist clients with system-related issues, existing reports, forms, and models.
• Prepare Comprehensive Analyses: Assist in the preparation of in-depth analyses and logical results examinations on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses.
• Facilitate Monthly Headcount Process: Coordinate the monthly headcount process using Hyperion.
• Refresh Hyperion Planning: Update Hyperion planning with order changes and coordinate progressive system changes with regulators and GL organization.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to determine reporting business requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Create Essbase Cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, and Models: Develop Essbase cubes, planning applications, reports, and models for financial divisions.

What you'll need for success:

* Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or a related field. + 2 years of work experience in a financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis. + Strong IT foundation, including experience with Oracle and complex database structures.

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience using Hyperion, including development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new scientific methodologies related to financial issues. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse situations.
