The Role
As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat functions. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and resolve routine problems related to our clients' products or services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide great customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
- Stay up-to-date with our clients' products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
Requirements
* Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish (written and spoken)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Passion and interest in customer service (previous experience is not required but valued)
- Ability to work from home or from one of our offices in the Baltic region
- Flexibility to work in 8.5-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends
- Availability to start work on multiple start dates during 2025
