In this role, you will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues related to bookings, flight schedules, and general inquiries. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of arenaflex's policies and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.Key Responsibilities:
