Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You'll provide personalized support and solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience, while also learning more about healthcare and expanding your own experiences. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options, allowing you to balance priorities in and outside of work.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Provide personalized support and solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience
  • Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a patient, helpful, and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive pay range: $17.00 - $27.90 per hour
