Responsibilities
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative-Remote (Night Shift) at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
- Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Being an amazing problem-solver, using your critical thinking skills to resolve complex technical issues and customer complaints
- Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, to provide expert customer experiences
- Offering additional products and/or services to customers, based on their needs and preferences
- Delivering expert customer experiences that exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues and customer complaints
- The ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Technical support experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer science
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using software applications and databases
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
