What You'll Do

As a part-time remote data entry specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Keeping informed of day-to-day airline operations involving your field of responsibility
• Assessing daily priorities in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives
• Investigating aircraft/component problems that may cause delays or cancellations, substantial expenditures in manpower or materials, or interruptions in maintenance operations, and determining appropriate corrective actions
• Providing Engineering support as required for disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components in order to restore serviceable status
• Responding to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve problems
• Developing action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and pursuing final dispositions according to assessed priorities
• Coordinating with other airline departments, as required, to provide for effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions
• Preparing Engineering documents to implement technical dispositions by providing customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections or other maintenance actions which provide benefits in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as engineering, data entry, or customer service

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Certification in a related field, such as engineering or data entry
• Experience working with aircraft or component systems
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
