Job Summary

As a part-time customer support specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and service. You'll be the face of our company, interacting with users through various channels, including email, phone, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers on our software and services
  • Suggesting improvements to our software and services to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Managing and maintaining our help center articles to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve customer pain points and areas for improvement

Key Responsibilities

* Answering customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat

  • Resolving technical issues and providing troubleshooting guidance
  • Suggesting improvements to our software and services
  • Managing and maintaining our help center articles
  • Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve customer pain points and areas for improvement
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

* Advanced fluency in English (written and spoken)
