Job Summary

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation within our Quality Control division. You'll analyze data to identify trends and performance metrics that will help us improve our quality control processes and achieve our business objectives. This is a 12-week internship position that will provide you with hands-on experience in data analysis, quality control, and business process improvement.

Responsibilities and Expectations

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets with precision and accuracy
• Presenting findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Conducting root cause analysis to identify and address process irregularities
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
• Collaborating with the Quality Control team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
• Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, mathematics, or computer science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools, such as Alteryx or QuickBase, is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous internship or work experience in a related field, such as data analysis or business process improvement

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Familiarity with arenaflex's business operations and processes
• Strong understanding of business principles and operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
