Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge – Remote Chat Professional, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized assistance to clients visiting the arenaflex Centurion Parlor at IAH Airport
• Acting as a brand ambassador, embodying the arenaflex values and commitment to exceptional customer experiences
• Working collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver innovative solutions to client needs and concerns
• Utilizing the Client's First approach to address client requirements and expectations
• Offering travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to arenaflex Card Members
• Collaborating with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients

Key Performance Indicators

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

• Invite and welcome clients upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
• Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish
• Develop creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, ultimately building brand loyalty
• Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations
• Provide attendant and lifestyle suggestions to enhance the client experience
• Offer travel counsel and reservation assistance
• Collaborate with partners to meet the needs of our clients

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
• Carrier, parlor, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
• Proven ability to adjust to client needs with proactive solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
• Ability to listen attentively to client needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their experience
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
• Proficiency in using various technology platforms to provide support in a client-facing environment
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Experience working with diverse client populations
