Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Alternate Investments (Remote Opportunity)

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our Remote team, working closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams.
About the Role:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Alternate Investments operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
- Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
- Analyzing complex/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
- Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and process subscription deals or transfer requests
- Identify and address client/advisor account exceptions
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconcile Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
- Resolve discrepancies between BOS and Fund Companies
- Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding errors
- Troubleshoot internal/external system issues or concerns
- Identify root causes of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
- Provide method or innovation service alternatives to Management
- Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- Answer business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
- Provide follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues
- Prompt and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Alternate Investments
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
- Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
