Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales

  • Strong public speaking skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when interacting with customers
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
  • Proficiency in using software tools, including CRM systems and customer support platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
