What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Researching and problem-solving to provide solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed
- Operating with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to learn, applying these skills to customers and team members alike
- Engaging with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to cultivate a customer-centric culture of collaboration
- Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change, and being flexible with your schedule to meet business needs
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a written assessment
- Ability to multitask, perform well in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality and secure critical information
- High school graduate or equivalent experience, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to pass a background check and provide high-speed internet access (arenaflex will provide everything else)
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
- A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
- A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
- A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
