Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input, update, and maintain information in arenaflex databases and systems, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Data Verification:

Cross-check data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all information is correctly entered and up-to-date.

Data Management:

Organize and manage large volumes of data effectively, ensuring easy retrieval and access for arenaflex teams.

Reporting:

Generate routine reports from the database as required by management, providing valuable insights and trends.

Communication:

Liaise with other team members to ensure data consistency and resolve any discrepancies, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive information with the utmost care and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role, upholding arenaflex's commitment to data security.

Essential Qualifications:

Typing Speed:

A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy, ensuring efficient data entry and management.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and Google Workspace, allowing for seamless integration and collaboration.
