Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk - Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. As a key member of our administrative team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company's database, verifying and validating existing data using MS Excel, and adhering to strict confidentiality protocols. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk - Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into the company's database
  • Verifying and validating existing data using MS Excel
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality protocols as a remote data entry clerk
  • Providing exceptional administrative support to our team
  • Utilizing strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders through written and verbal correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist (preferably in a remote or virtual environment)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Positive, high-energy attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and projectors

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
