Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Group. As a key member of our team, you'll apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, investigate client behavior, and anticipate content engagement. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Anticipate content engagement to inform acquisition decisions and optimize content delivery
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve content commitment and maintenance
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in data visualization and communication, with a strong ability to tell compelling data stories
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
