Position Overview

As the first point of contact for our customers and sales representatives, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams. Job requirements can be satisfied fully remotely, with the added benefit of being within driving distance of our primary manufacturing facility in the Township of Wall, NJ 07719.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring follow-through to shipment
  • Providing timely and professional support to customers and sales representatives
  • Working closely with the sales, art, and shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Assisting the national sales team with inquiries, product availability, and order tracking
  • Addressing customer concerns and providing solutions with a customer-first approach
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Supporting other administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in customer service, sales support, and order processing. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, and order processing
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as a high level of learning and navigating complex software interfaces
  • Experience working collaboratively across remote teams in a remote environment
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* High school or equivalent (Required)

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Preferred)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software (Preferred)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
