About the Role
As our Operations, Sales, and Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Operations and Sales teams. This hybrid position is mostly remote, with some in-person work in our Seattle, WA office. You'll be responsible for processing orders and customer-facing tasks for both B2B and B2C, including:
- Order processing for key accounts and independent retailers
- Wholesale portal order approvals
- B2B and B2C customer service
Key Responsibilities
* Process orders and manage inventory for key accounts and independent retailers
- Approve wholesale portal orders and manage customer relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service to B2B and B2C customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the Operations and Sales teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and independent retailers
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and customer experiences
About You
We're looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual who is comfortable working under tight timelines with minimal supervision. You'll have:
- 2-3 years of experience in a small team or startup environment, preferably in the consumer products industry
- Proficiency in Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- A proactive, self-starter mentality, with a passion for learning and growth
- Experience with Acctivate or SQL Databases is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks and Amazon Seller and Vendor Central is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year, depending on experience. You'll also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
