Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques and tools to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes
- Developing and maintaining databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools to support business intelligence and reporting needs
- Applying statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to predict business outcomes and identify areas for improvement
- Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software and tools, including Excel, SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, QlikView, or D3.js
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
