Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer and technical support for display products through incoming calls and internet requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers, facilitating efficient returns and exchanges.
  • Gathering and resolving Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, helping us to improve our products and services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, email correspondence, and chat transcripts.

Requirements:

Fluent English language skills
