Job Summary
As a Concierge Customer Service Advocate III, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, web, and in-person interactions. You'll be the go-to expert for complex customer inquiries, requiring adaptability, research, and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality, timeliness, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to complex customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, web, and in-person interactions.
- Handle situations that require adaptation of response or extensive research to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain all departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Initiate corrective actions, process adjustments, or perform other research to resolve customer inquiries.
- Evaluate customer inquiries to identify underlying causes and implement actions to prevent future issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems and ensure seamless customer service.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues and suggest improvements to processes and policies.
- Maintain accurate records concerning customer issues and follow through on complaints until resolved or report to management as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of procedures and policies, staying up-to-date on changes and updates.
- Assist with process improvements by recommending improvements in procedures and policies.
- Assist with the training of new employees and cross-training of coworkers to ensure a smooth transition and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 Years of customer service or claims processing experience (or Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Basic business math proficiency
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* 3 Years of customer service or claims processing experience
- Associate Degree in any major
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, or influence
- Knowledge of database software
