The Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and fielding questions regarding arenaflex products, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
  • Documenting customer interactions according to procedures, handling consumer complaints, and routing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Providing scripted responses with empathy and resolving consumer inquiries, handling escalated calls with resource guidelines, and routing them internally according to procedures.
  • Interfacing with Operations and Accounting regarding special customer needs, returned goods, shipping methods, and discrepancies.
  • Interfacing with field sales force regarding customer problems, messages, free goods, and other issues.
  • Assisting in training new employees as needed and performing other duties assigned by management.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of all arenaflex products, services, and promotions.

What You Bring

* One to two years of college or equivalent experience with 1 to 3+ years of customer service or related business experience.

  • Previous work-at-home agent experience is desirable.
  • A reliable and high-speed internet connection is necessary for seamless communication while working remotely.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with external and internal customers and end users of arenaflex products.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient typing and keyboard skills.
  • Working knowledge of SAP/ERP is desirable.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
