Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, resolving issues, and providing accurate information to our clients and their customers. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients and their customers related to our services and programs
  • Provide one-to-one telephone contact with clients and their customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures
  • Enter application and enrollment information into our web-based computer system for clients and their customers wishing to apply for our services over the telephone
  • Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in our services and programs, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and changes
  • Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of our services and programs, ensuring that clients and their customers receive the support they need to achieve their goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, their customers, and co-workers
  • The ability to problem-solve through analysis and ongoing feedback, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
  • The ability to achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding client expectations
  • The ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your career
  • A background and drug screening, ensuring that you're a safe and reliable member of our team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of our services and programs, or a willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their customers
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in your career, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding client expectations

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you'll receive:
